Memories of Our Cultural Past, A Solid Foundation for Our Future

The Children's Parade, January 5th and the Three Kings Day on January 6th 2001 was spectacular.  The Grand Marshall Kenneth Springer led the way for the adult parade. He has designed elaborate costumes for over 30 years.
