Some of the Artist at the Exhibit
Eleanor Murphy, author of third book “Never Losing Hope” soon to be released, recently had an inspiring photography session with us for the novel. We had a wonderful time down in the deep dark green environment of St. Croix. Here is a peep of one of her photographs for the novel – the rest are left up to your imagination until your read it – soon to be released in November 2012. Eleanor will be one of the featured artists this weekend at the Fine Art Exhibit at Homeland Collections Portrait Gallery in Frederiksted. Talk to her and get inspired. Denise Bennerson, Photographer
Junie Bomba is a master of spiritually re-creating the Conch Shell to fit any decor. We started photographing his shells a couple years ago. We have always been amazed by his work with his “Sculptured Shells.” He will be one of the featured Artists at the Fine Art Exhibit in Frederiksted this weekend. And as most people know he is also a master Conch Shell Blower. We were blessed with the blowing of his Conch at the opening of Homeland Collections Portrait Gallery in Frederiksted. We look forward to seeing his new “Sculptured Shells” creations. Denise Bennerson, Photographer
